A brand new DIMITRIOU dairy (the well-known DIMITRIOU SA), opened its doors in Cholargos bearing the signature of D. Antonopoulos SA. A special study was made on the recommended projection of the products as well as their preparation in the fully-equipped laboratory. The proper allocation of the products by category enables their selection by the customers. The dairy products are maintained in 3 crystal standing refrigerators, sweets and treats in 2 crystal vitrines, while the ice cream is positioned near the cashier. Lighting and selection of colours in soft shades of white and grey harmoniously combine elements of tradition with modern aesthetics.
