A new landmark has recently been added to the city of Kalamata — the Pralina store, located along the vibrant coastal road.Once again, the owner placed their trust in D. Antonopoulos ABEE, assigning the company with the complete study, design, and construction of the equipment infrastructure.The main challenge of the project was to combine all-day functionality, distinct architectural characteristics, and a refined, luxurious aesthetic. To meet these demands, custom equipment solutions were developed and installed. Advanced 18-position freezers were chosen for ice cream, high-performance four-level glass display cases were installed for pastries, and large panoramic showcases were used for traditional syrup-based sweets.All products are presented directly in front of the customer, offering an inviting selection to accompany their favorite beverage.From its very first day of operation, the new Pralina store has stood out for its elegant atmosphere and outstanding visual identity.
