Dafermos bakery-pastry shop in Agios Dimitrios opens its doors in a brand new, modern space that combines the tradition of fine baking with contemporary design and high functionality. The study, design, and full equipment of the store were undertaken by D. Antonopoulos S.A., which created a space that ideally showcases the products and offers a unique experience to visitors. The crystal clear illuminated display cases, combined with state of the art refrigeration units, ensure optimal preservation conditions while visually highlighting the products with clarity and brightness. Through the careful spatial design and the selective placement of individual elements, the products are presented in an organized and attractive way, creating a strong first impression for visitors and enhancing the overall in store experience. For the equipment, materials were selected that combine durability with aesthetics. The counters were constructed from white Bianco Canvas granite, adding timeless elegance and a bright character to the space, while the equipment surfaces were clad with granite tiles, creating a unified and solid finish. The metal shelving units, finished with lacquer and granite tiles, complete the store’s composition, reinforcing material consistency and the overall identity of the construction. The result is a modern bakery-pastry shop that stands out in the Agios Dimitrios area, offering a welcoming environment where product quality meets refined design and excellent technical execution.
