A new store under the name PSOMY recently opened its doors in Chaidari, located on Athinon Avenue, marking another successful venture in the bakery and confectionery sector. The design and execution of the store’s equipment were once again entrusted to D.ANTONOPOULOS ABEE, which undertook the full scope of the project, from concept and functional planning to aesthetic proposal and final implementation, based on the high operational and commercial demands of the space.The store was developed with a focus on functionality, ergonomics, and the high footfall of the location. The design approach emphasized the creation of distinct thematic zones for each product category, delivering a modern shop-in-shop feel that highlights the variety and quality of the offerings. The technical solution included the installation of cutting-edge refrigeration units for ice cream, high performance panoramic glass display cases for desserts, and multi level illuminated showcases for snacks, ensuring optimal visibility and product presentation. Baked goods are displayed in custom-made, high-end aesthetic display units, crafted to meet both functional and visual standards.The overall customer experience is enhanced by ergonomic design and the strategic placement of service points, providing direct access and a clear view of all available products. From its very first day of operation, PSOMY has stood out for its contemporary look, functional excellence, and the precise execution of its equipment setup another testament to the dynamic collaboration with D.ANTONOPOULOS ABEE.
